1.1 Product introduction

HVT‐M series Semi‐Automatic Tray Vacuum Gas‐flushing Packaging Machine is a new type ofuniversally used packing machine which is available for PP/PE tray and automatic film sealingpacking. It has functions like automatic air exhausting, gas‐filling, sealing, coding(option),film‐cutting and so on. These processes are completed automatically with features of highefficiency, good sealing effect, nice packaging appearance, easy to operate.

1.2 Operating principle

To put the packaging tray into the lower mould of the machine, then the lower mould and thetray are driven into the working area of the machine by the cylinder, and then the upper vacuumchamber goes down to form a sealed vacuum chamber with the lower vacuum chamber.Controlled by PLC, the machine exhausts the air in the vacuum chamber before filling it with asingle gas or a mixed gas mixed in a certain proportion in advance. The upper packaging film heatseals with packaging tray under the heating board. The cutter cut the packaging film as the shapeof packaging tray, then the vacuum chamber is deflated, and finally the lower mold is pushed outof the work area to complete the modified atmosphere packaging.

1.3 Application field

Vacuum gas‐flushing packaging is a novel food packaging technology, widely used in theinternational food packaging industry, mainly used for the packaging of fresh meat, fish, aquaticproducts, cooked meat products, cured products, sliced sausages and sushi, these The food is notonly good in display after vacuum gas‐flushing packaging, but also has a long lifetime and is easyto eat.

1.4 Product features

The machine is controlled by electricity, gas & mechanism, and with PLC and touch screen torealize human‐machine interface. Each part of the action and the control parameters can beset and modified. It is easy and reliable to control with low failure rate. Set the best packaging parameters according to the nature of different packaging materials,then the packaging operation can be completed continuously. The main parts of machine are made by stainless steel or aluminum alloy which is accordwith the food hygiene requirements. The structure is compact which can save the occupation area and the operation is ratherconvenient. Using Air TAC pneumatic components which have the stable quality and long lifetime. Adopted replaceable moulds for customer’s product upgrades, one set machine can be usedfor trays sealing with multi‐sizes. Customer can change multi‐sized packing box according toproduct package.The mould shape can be set up according to the package box chosen by customer. With function of real‐time display to show the program working state and fault, customercan know the machine working state any time and ensure the machine is working normally. Installed with emergency switch, if there is any exceptional situation, customer can pressthis switch to stop the entire running program to ensure the safety of machine and people.

1.5 Packaging material used Packing box: 

PP, PE, PET, etc. Heat sealing film: PET / CPP, PET / PE, OPP / CPP, EVOH, aluminum foil and composite filmthat can be heat sealed with the corresponding packaging box.

• The Machine applicable to sealing kinds of PP or PE tray, could automatically finish the process of vacuuming, gas flushing, sealing and film cutting and so on.

• Tray Vacuum Gas-flushing Packaging Machine replaces the air in the bag by protective mixture gas; inhibit the growth of most microorganisms which may make the food prone to spoiling and trichinosis; decrease the respiration of the active food (like fruit) so as to prolong the fresh time.

• It is applicable to industrialized package of food or distribution of supermarkets.

• The mould could be designed to meet the customers' tray size.

• It adopts removable moulds which enable single machine to meet different sizes of moulds.
