Hualian Tray Sealing Machine Series

Hualian's tray sealing machine is widely used in the pre-prepared food industry, catering industry, supermarkets and other industries. It is used to seal PP and PE trays for packaging various fresh product trays, fast food trays, student lunch boxes, etc. Ensure the freshness of food and extend the shelf life of food. 
 
Hualian map tray sealer uses a 304 stainless steel shell and a food-grade aluminum mold, which has strong corrosion resistance and durability. And it uses a servo motor drive to achieve high-precision control, achieving higher packaging efficiency and production throughput.

Semi-automatic Tray Sealer Series

It adopts PLC smart panel, which is easy to control and convenient to operate. At the same time, the connection between the upper and lower molds of this series of tray sealer machines does not require any air pipes and lines, which greatly guarantees the high vacuum degree in the mold, without worrying about air leakage.

HVT-450M Tray Sealer

The HVT-450M model has a lower working chamber, which needs to wait for the entire working cycle of this chamber before taking out the packaged tray box or putting in the tray box to be packaged. HVT-450R Rotary Tray Sealer

 
This rotary tray sealing machine is dual mold more efficient than the traditional HVT-M and it can be customized to achieve MAP sealing even if the cargo height is 30 mm higher than the tray.
