Engineering Plastics Packaging Machine Working Process


After placing bags on the bag storage platform and starting the machine, the push rod pushes the bags from bag supplying unit to the bag working unit, then the bag separating mechanism separates the bags individually and feed the bag to bag taking position by bag feeding mechanism. The bagging machine automatically abstracts the bag, and swings by 90* to fulfill the action of bag taking, then coordinates with the bag opening mechanism and bagging mechanism to make the bag ready for filling. Meanwhile, the automatic electronic scale weigh the materials and filling inside the bag by lower hopper,the bag vibrating mechanism vibrates to make the materials tight. After the filling process, the bag is moved out to conveyors with air exhausted by clamping mechanism, and sealed by automatic edge-binding stitching packaging machine or other automatic packaging machines for sealing. Finally, the bag is transported to the palletizer workstation for palletizing
