  • Q When your company was founded?

    A Hualian Machinery Group Co. , Ltd. was established in 1989.

  • Q Are you a factory or a trading company?

    A We are a factory manufacturing packaging & printing machines and we provide perfect OEM and after-sale service. We export machines to over 108 countries since 1995. 

  • Q Can you send me the video to show how the machine works?

    A
    Certainly, we have video of every standard machine and can send to you by Email or other way you want. 

  • Q How can I pay my order?

    A We accept T/T, Western Union, Alibaba Online Payment to pay.

  • Q Do you have any certificate?

    A
    We have passed ISO9001:2008，ISO14001，OHSAS18001 and obtained CE certificate and BSCI certificate from UL. 

  • Q Why the model name of your machine same as the machine form other company?

    A Since these machines have long history and are very popular in the market, it may be indeed possible that some machine models are similar as others. What we may think is that the machine model does not make big difference. And the criteria for machines may depend on the technical support and quality of the machines. 

  • Q How about your warranty?

    A
    Our warranty is 12 months. Normally, the general after-sale service may be as below. 
    1) The technical support is permanent. 
    2) The paid spares parts could be provided at any time,
    3) We have dealers in some countries to offer compensable service. 

  • Q Is it necessary to equip with a chiller?

    A Generally, it is OK not to use a chiller. The water inlet can be directly connected to tap water, and the outlet can be connected to the sewer for discharge.

  • Q What kind of film is needed for the stretch film machine?

    A
    High-temperature stretch lower film: mainly made of PA, PP, PE, TIE, EVOH and other raw materials, the sterilization temperature can withstand 130°, one hour. 
    Low-temperature refrigeration -40° Basic structure of high-temperature film: PA/TIE/PP/TIE/PA/TIE/PP
    Upper film: PA1.5/CPP7
    Stretching parameters: film thickness 0.12 stretch ≤30 mm, 0.16 stretch ≤ 50 mm, 0.2 stretch ≤ 80 mm, 0.24 stretch ≤ 100 mm

  • Q Can the HVR thermoforming packaging machine be equipped with the Puxu 100 pump?

    A The size of the pump can be matched, it just affects the speed, and even the vacuum pump in the molding chamber can be cancelled, and then the molding chamber and the vacuum chamber can share a vacuum pump.
